• Are they a stocking company or only an e-commerce front?  You can usually determine this by the time they require to process your order.  Typically, if their standard policy is more than 2 to 3 days for order processing (including shipping), then they accumulate orders, obtain merchandise from vendors, then process the orders, delaying the arrival time of your purchase.  We are a stocking company and normally process and ship orders within 24 hours.  

• Are they a well established or a "baby" company?   This can affect the long term value of your purchase if they are "here today, gone tomorrow" and no longer available to service any problems you might have.   We have been conducting e-commerce at this URL with this name for over 9 years and are an established and well seasoned company.
